Mini Corndogs

Omg these are my daughter's favorites & Perfect for them little kids with little hands =]

mini corndogs

1 egg

2 tsp onion powder

1 pack corn muffin mix

2 tsp garlic powder

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup flower

1 package mini hotdogs

skewers

1) add eggs, muffin mix, garlic, onion and milk. mix all together

2) put flower in another dish and insert skewers

3) heat oil to 375

4) put each hotdog in flour and dip in batter

5) cook for 2 mins
